Data was compared before installation (OFF) and after installation (ON) for values where the outdoor temperature and indoor temperature were equivalent (the closest values) and where the number of operating air conditioning units was the same, to determine the average reduction rate. Result: 20.2% (Proposed reduction rate: 15%)
